The OTDB fiber distribution sub-rack integrates fiber cable fixation and protection, fiber termination, routing, and protection for fiber and tail fibers. It can be used as a standalone fiber distribution frame or installed in combination with digital distribution units and audio distribution units to form an integrated distribution cabinet. This device offers flexible configuration, easy installation, convenient maintenance, and simplified management. It is essential for fiber communication networks as a terminal or relay point, enabling fiber splicing, patching, and routing. The unit can accommodate 1–12 integrated splice trays, with a maximum splicing capacity of 144 fibers. The fiber storage unit is used to organize and store fibers and patch cords inside the cabinet. In contrast, the cable stripping unit is designed to fix optical cables and facilitate stripping within the cabinet.

●Standard 19-inch unit structure, suitable for installation in distribution racks and cabinets.

●High-quality craftsmanship: Structural components are made of thickened galvanized cold-rolled steel with passivation and surface coating treatment. Splice trays are made of flame-retardant plastic, providing lightweight yet durable protection. The large bending radius design ensures all fiber bending radii remain above 40 mm.

●It can function as a standalone fiber distribution frame or be combined with digital and audio distribution units in the same cabinet. Provides cable entry, fixation, protection, fiber splicing, termination, routing, and fiber storage.

●Drawer-type structure: units can be pulled out during operation and returned to their original position after use. Rear-entry holes and fixing modules enable secure cable management. Splice trays adopt a two-layer openable structure for easy operation. Separate functional modules enable flexible and convenient use.
