Description

The GYDXTW optical cable consists of single-mode or multi-mode ribbon fibers housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic, filled with water-blocking gel. The loose tube is longitudinally wrapped with a double-sided polyethylene-coated corrugated steel tape. A water-blocking layer between the steel tape and the loose tube ensures a compact structure and reliable longitudinal water resistance. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides of the cable core for additional reinforcement, and the assembly is completed with a polyethylene sheath.
