The fiber optic terminal box is designed for the protective connection between optical cables and pigtails, or between optical cables and optical communication equipment.

Types:

Rack-mounted (Indoor): 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 96 cores; high-density models available in 96, 192, and 288 cores; standard 19-inch rack-mountable.

Desktop type: 4, 8, 12, and 24 cores.

Structure: The terminal box consists of three main parts: enclosure, internal components, and fiber joint protection devices.

Enclosure: Designed for easy opening and convenient installation.

Support frame: The main internal structure that provides stability.

Splice tray: Used for orderly storage of fiber splices and spare fibers, ensuring ≥1.6 m storage length and bend radius ≥37.5 mm.

Fixing devices: Secure optical cable sheath, strength members, and pigtails.

Connector protection: Heat-shrinkable sleeves are used to protect splices.

Interfaces: Supports FC, SC, ST, and LC.

Material: All components are made from corrosion-resistant materials (or treated with electrostatic powder coating). Materials are stable, non-toxic, and safe for human health and equipment. The heat-shrink sleeves have a melting point ≥120 °C and a softening point ≥90 °C, ensuring reliable performance in -25 °C to +40 °C environments.
