Description

The MGXTW mining optical cable is designed with single-mode or multi-mode fibers housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic, filled with water-blocking gel. The loose tube is longitudinally wrapped with a double-sided polyethylene-coated corrugated steel tape. A water-blocking layer between the steel tape and the loose tube ensures compact structure and reliable longitudinal water resistance. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides of the cable core for additional reinforcement, and the assembly is completed with a flame-retardant outer sheath.
