Description
The GYTS53 optoelectronic composite cable integrates both optical fibers and electrical conductors, designed with enhanced mechanical protection. It is constructed with single-mode or multi-mode fibers housed in loose tubes made of high-modulus plastic, filled with water-blocking gel. The central strength member is a metallic rod; for certain fiber counts, a polyethylene (PE) layer may be extruded over the strength member. Loose tubes and insulated conductors are stranded around the central strength member to form a compact and circular cable core, with the interstices filled with water-blocking compound. The core is longitudinally wrapped with a double-sided polyethylene-coated steel tape (PSP), extruded with a PE inner sheath, armored with an additional PSP layer, and then completed with a PE outer sheath, providing strong mechanical and environmental protection. Available insulated conductor specifications: RV21.0, RV21.5, RV22.0, RV22.5.
Operating Temperature
−40℃ to +60℃
