Description


The MGXTSV (Reinforced Type) mining optical cable is designed with single-mode or multi-mode fibers placed in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic, filled with water-blocking compound. Outside the loose tube, fine round steel wires are stranded, followed by a corrugated steel tape coated on both sides. The water-blocking gel between the steel wires and the loose tube ensures a compact structure and effective longitudinal water resistance. An inner sheath is extruded over the steel tape, with a final flame-retardant outer sheath providing additional protection.
